Infosys is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic project manager to join our dynamic InfoSys team. This position provides a valuable opportunity to acquire experience in a nice international corporate environment, working with various software, online platforms, tools, and IT systems that support our company's operations.The project manager will assist managers and team members with daily tasks and contribute to specific projects.Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Project Planning: Support the Senior Project Manager or Project Lead in developing project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Task Coordination and Tracking: Help assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Communication Facilitation: Assist in maintaining clear and consistent communication among team members and project stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Content Development Support: Help with the preparation of workshops, training materials, and video content related to various applications, including Google Workspace and AI with Gemini.
- Tool Adoption and Follow-up: Assist in tracking and encouraging the effective use of other internal tools like Zendesk, Notion, etc.
- Software Evaluation Assistance: Support the team in testing and evaluating new software solutions.
- Graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Desirable: Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with common software applications and online platforms
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (French is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical features into simple, actionable workflows for non-technical teams
- This position is available immediately, the position is based in our Bangkok office and operates on a hybrid work model.
