Location: BangkokKeywords: IT Service, Relationship Management, Service Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Process ImprovementOur client, Accor Group, is seeking an IT Service Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global leader in hospitality, where you will be the key interface between Accor Tech, Global Service Support and external service providers. You'll have the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience. The successful candidate will ensure that IT services are aligned with business needs and that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

What you'll do:
As an IT Service Relationship Manager at Accor Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the delivery of high-quality IT services meets the needs and expectations of all parties involved. You will work closely with various business units to understand their specific IT service needs and align these services accordingly. Your leadership skills will be put into action as you lead cross-functional teams towards process improvements and the implementation of best practices. You will also manage vendor relationships, ensuring they meet their contractual obligations while delivering top-notch services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and partners
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their IT service needs and align IT services to meet their requirements
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded, and customer satisfaction is maintained at a high level
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Manage IT service delivery, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs and customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Monitor IT service delivery performance metrics and work with IT teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that vendors are meeting contractual obligations and delivering high-quality services
  • Prepare IT service delivery reports to senior management, including service level performance, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the IT Service Relationship Manager role at Accor Group will bring a wealth of experience in managing relationships within an IT service delivery context. You will have a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, coupled with a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL. Your excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, will enable you to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.   • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, such as ITIL or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skill with a strong command of written and spoken English
  • Service-oriented mindset coupled with self-motivation and energy
  • Multicultural awareness with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures
  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace and respond to change effectively
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment
  • Experience with IT Service Delivery tools and systems
