Equipment Engineer - Electronics Manufacturing

• Develop maintenance plans, conduct daily inspections, and perform rapid repairs. Ensure all operations strictly adhere to safety regulations.
• Lead 5S activities and 5M1E inspections. Train staff on equipment operation and supervise the implementation of company systems.
• Drive quality and cost-saving initiatives. Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and propose innovative equipment upgrades.
• Draft SOPs, maintenance procedures, and technical reports. Handle equipment calibration and stability testing.
• Manage new equipment installation, commissioning, and cross-regional tasks assigned by the Central Control Room.

• Bachelors degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a PCB-related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering.
• Strong grasp of PCB manufacturing, electrical controls, and mechanical principles.
• Proven problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.
