Division Finance and Accounting Manager

• Lead and oversee the overall finance and accounting functions of the company, ensuring effective financial management and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial reporting to support the company's business objectives.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to support management decision making and business growth.
• Oversee the accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely month end, quarter end, and year end closing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, legal requirements, and internal control policies.
• Develop, implement, and strengthen financial policies, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to drive strong performance, capability building, and continuous improvement
• Foster a collaborative, high performing team culture and support succession planning and talent development within the department.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Good understanding of internal controls and statutory compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English
