Product Development Pharmacist (R&D)

• Monitor and enhance product quality while improving process technology to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise production processes and storage conditions in accordance with approved guidelines.
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on procedures, work instructions, and production technology.
• Review revised documents following Change Control and Deviation guidelines before implementing them in the QA-DCC system.
• Identify and address production process deviations to ensure smooth operations.
• Propose updates to procedures and SOPs based on current practices and oversee their implementation.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records and re-process requests prior to implementation in the QA-DCC system.
• Develop and execute self-audit plans, summarizing findings for the manufacturing section.
• Verify and report annual production output, import/export of medicines, and narcotic drug reports to the FDA reporting system.
• Initiate Change Control, NCR, and Deviation reports for the respective department.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Collaborate with relevant departments to achieve performance objectives.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Production Manager.
• Assume responsibilities related to product quality and process control in the absence of the Deputy Production Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Doctor of Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical science, Industrial Pharmacy (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• 0-5 years experiences or internships in Production or R&D facility
• Holding a valid Pharmacist Professional Certificate
• Good command in English
• Good command in MS Office
• Can work in shifts or work on holidays when there is an urgent job
