Advise and provide legal support to the business to drive continued performance and growth of business/project of Osotspa in relation to Procurement & Supply Chain and support the relevant BUs to ensure legal compliance.Senior Legal Executive – International Business, JV, and IP
Provide legal advice and handle all matters related to company registration, as well as manage the registration, protection, and maintenance of Osotspa’s trademarks worldwide. This includes drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements, contracts, and other legal documents related to the Company’s trademarks and Business investments.Job Description:Senior Supply Chain and Procurement Legal Executive1.) Provide legal advice and support various functions and work on agreements and other legal documents (contract review, drafting and negotiation & settlement of dispute) relating to Direct procurement including sale/purchase agreement (raw mat. & pack mat.)
2.) Provide legal advice and support various functions and work on agreements and other legal documents (contract review, drafting and negotiation & settlement of dispute) relating to Indirect procurement contracts including sale/purchase agreement (equipment) / service/installation agreement / lease agreement / hire purchase
3.) Provide legal advice and support various functions and work on agreements and other legal documents (contract review, drafting and negotiation & settlement of dispute) relating to Supply Chain including transportation, other services / warehouse management / etc.
4.) Manage the process of identifying legal risks that are expected to impact the business of Osotspa and its subsidiaries5.) Manage process of coordinating with external legal counsel
6.) Perform other related duties as assignedSenior Legal Executive – International Business, JV, and IP1.) Provide legal advice, planning, and recommendations on company registration, corporate structuring, and business operations for Osotspa and its subsidiaries or affiliates.2.) Act as the company registrar, preparing and submitting statutory documents to relevant authorities (e.g., Department of Business Development, Revenue Department) for corporate compliance.3.) Coordinate and prepare documentation for meetings of Osotspa’s associations or foundations, ensuring compliance with governing laws and internal regulations.4.) Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Public Limited Companies Act and the Securities and Exchange Act.5.) Manage the registration, renewal, and protection of trademarks in Thailand and internationally, ensuring legal enforcement and strategic brand protection.6). Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to trademarks, investments, and cross-border business operations.7).
