Our client is a leading retail chain specializing in health and beauty care retailer that offers a wide range of high-quality brands and products to meet the diverse needs of their customers both online and offline. Due to the continuous growth, there is an opening in their Thailand brand of operations for an experienced Junior Marketing to take on a crucial role in the following capacity.The Junior Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions across online and offline platforms to meet business objectives. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows:
  • Optimize marketing strategies based on factors such as business objectives, market trends, competitor analysis, and budget limitations.
  • Assist in tracking sales, traffic, and other metrics to formulate strategic marketing decisions.
  • Support marketing and customer experience initiatives by collaborating closely with commercial and store operations teams, including assisting the creation of creative assets and brand and pricing strategies.
  • Aid in managing relationships with marketing agencies and vendors, including participating in contract negotiations.
  • Support the management and timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders in designing a cohesive customer experience across various contact points.
  • Contribute to managing marketing planning and budget processes, such as monitoring budget.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the team.
  • Assist in overseeing strategic partnerships, identifying business development opportunities, and managing program and performance.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 - 5 years of proven online and offline marketing experience in Health & Beauty retail businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing communications and managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor competition and budget, analyze data, and contribute to tracking and forecasting budgets.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication in English and Thai.
