Team Leader

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the fabrication team to meet production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor quality standards and conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Provide hands-on support in fabrication tasks when needed.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing operations.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นสูง (ปวส.) หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล การผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานผลิตโลหะหรือการดำเนินงานในโรงงาน

• มีความเข้าใจในเทคนิคการผลิต เช่น การเชื่อม การตัด การขึ้นรูป
• สามารถอ่านและตีความแบบทางเทคนิคหรือแบบวิศวกรรมได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• หากมีความรู้ด้าน Lean Manufacturing หรือการปรับปรุงกระบวนการอย่างต่อเนื่องจะเป็นประโยชน์
