- Acquire and onboard new high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
- Proactively manage and expand an existing portfolio of Wealth Banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, insurance solutions, and lending products.
- Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial goals, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and foreign exchange.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, product specialists) to deliver holistic financial solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and client-centric mindset.
- Relevant financial certifications (e.g., Single License, CFP) are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
