It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionJob Summary**Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within the Wealth Banking segment, providing comprehensive financial solutions and building strong, long-term relationships.Job Responsibilities**
  • Acquire and onboard new high-net-worth clients, identifying their financial needs and providing tailored wealth management solutions.
  • Proactively manage and expand an existing portfolio of Wealth Banking clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, including investment strategies, insurance solutions, and lending products.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial goals, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Provide expert advice on a wide range of financial products and services, including unit trusts, bonds, structured products, and foreign exchange.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, product specialists) to deliver holistic financial solutions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and product developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with sophisticated clients.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and client-centric mindset.
  • Relevant financial certifications (e.g., Single License, CFP) are highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
