Safety Lead (Data Center, Chonburi)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide technical guidance to safety technicians; coordinate shift schedules and daily inspections.
Ensure the facility adheres to ISO 45001, NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety), and local labor laws.
Conduct regular Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments for high-risk tasks like electrical maintenance, working at heights, and confined spaces.
Lead the emergency response team (ERT) during fire alarms, gas leaks (FM-200/Novec), or power failures.
Organize and conduct safety induction for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Perform internal safety audits and maintain detailed records of safety metrics, near-misses, and incident reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Professional Level Safety Officer (JorPor Chor-Phor) is mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in safety roles within Data Centers, Telecommunications, or Power Plants.
Strong knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems and Electrical Safety (HV/LV).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
