Sales & Marketing Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields)
• 1-2 years of industrial sales experience is an advantage.
• Japanese: Business conversation level
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel overseas

• Provide sales and technical sales support for the Japanese market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with Japanese clients.
• Conduct requirement hearings and deliver technical presentations.
• Develop new customers and manage distributor relationships.
• Offer basic technical support related to PET film and associated products.
• Act as the communication bridge between teams in Thailand, India, and Japan.
• Conduct market research and assist with sales strategy planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, management reports, and improvement proposals.
• Carry out customer profiling and new customer acquisition activities.
• Manage retention and growth initiatives for existing customers.
