The Finance SSC Treasury Accountant is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's treasury operations within the shared service centre. This role involves ensuring efficient cash management, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations. The Treasury Accountant will work closely with various departments to support the company's financial objectives and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
The main missions of the role are to:
  • Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash flow requirements, and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Oversee the processing of payments, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze treasury-related financial reports, including cash flow statements, liquidity reports, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to treasury activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions to optimize banking services and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the treasury function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support for treasury-related projects and initiatives, including system implementations and upgrades.
  • Take the leadership to uphold the commitment to CoE, CoM and other internal compliance policy in the responsible team and relevant business partners to ensure that it is distributed to all employees and that each employee adheres to it.
