- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on Plasticolors' products and services.
- Generating sales from new business and achieving an assigned sales target.
- Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- 30 years old or more.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the masterbatch/ plastic (additives or pigments) industry for a minimum of 2 years.
- Good communication in English.
- Good communication & approach to customers.
