Develop and execute product development strategies.
Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and production teams.
Monitor product quality and production timelines.
Manage product costing and pricing.
Analyze market trends and customer demands.
Ensure products meet safety and compliance standards.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development in the garment industry
Knowledge of garment production processes and materials
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Costing background.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to use Microsoft Office and Excel (advanced) programs.
Good command of English
