- Drive expansion of the company's customer base and achieve sales growth targets
- Define and implement innovative business models to optimize outcomes
- Identify and engage with new potential customers, including international markets
- Develop customized sales proposals aligned with client needs
- Proactively seek and evaluate new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets and emerging trends
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Partnerships, or related fields
- Fluent in English (business-level proficiency required, both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in the licensing business is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong grasp of sales performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Analytical thinker with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).
