Oversee data inspection and production control within the designated department to ensure alignment with production plans
Supervise and manage production operations to enhance efficiency, minimise costs, and maintain a safe working environment
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and fulfil customer requirements
Continuously enhance equipment and production processes to optimise quality and quantity while minimising expenses
Bring safety regulations and work protocols among staff, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards
The Successful Applicant
Strong background in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Technology
Minimum 5 years of experience working in manufacturing
Well knowledge of basic chemical engineering and production and manufacturing of products through chemical processes
Excellent people management and communication skills
Good command in English
