Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Export Sales Executive to expand and manage our B2B sales across the ASEAN region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales within the food and beverage industry, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to grow strategic partnerships in export markets.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies for key accounts across ASEAN countries (e.g. Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore).
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the food & beverage industry.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and end clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and profitability goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and product strategy.
Handle export documentation, product registration (if required), and trade compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, supply chain, and production to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Attend regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.0
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
410 years of experience in B2B export sales, ideally within the food & beverage sector.
Familiarity with ASEAN markets and cross-cultural sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages is a plus).
Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Strong understanding of export regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
