- Handle all administration, Visa, work permit
- Apply visa, work permit, and 90 days report for expatriate staffs and foreign staff, Non-B visa
- Filing, sending government document such as DBD, Revenue, SSO and etc.
- Manage contract for building, company car, maids
- Manage and support office maintenance, inventories, welfare and benefits, purchasing office supplies and equipment.
- Arrange and Prepare materials for Shareholders Meetings
- Handle communication service providers for renew contracts
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs
- Manage document control, including incoming/outgoing mails, important forms (e.g. Share certificates), duty stamps, and postage stamps
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners as required
- IT related administration
- Other tasks assigned in related jobs
- Age between 21-27 years.
- Bachelor's degree (or Master degree) in Business Administration, Business Communication, Political Science, Economics, Commerce, Law, or related field.
- 1-3 years experiences in administrative or office management role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent document management skills
- Good coordination and team work abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English communication skill preferable (speaking, understanding and writing)
