IT Officer (Rayong)

• Being responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, telephone systems, electronic communication systems, and Server and Network systems.
• Installing and configuring the computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitoring and maintaining the computer systems, server and networks system, ERP ln system, telephone system and electronic communication system.
• Coordinating with Internet services provider to configure Hardware and Network systems.
• Assisting the ERP ln User on all technical issues including report creation.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Following the diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
• Testing and evaluating new technology.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

• Thai only.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related.
• 3-5 years of working experience in Information Technology, Networks, and Systems.
• Ability to use ERP system. (Knowing about ERP lnfor is a plus).
• Ability to write SQL or query reports from ERP system.
• Good English (Report work with MD Australian/ Work with Dot line US and China)
• Good attitude, responsible, able to work independently.
