Human Resources DirectorWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our senior leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary HR partner to the CEO and business leaders, responsible for developing and executing a human resources strategy that aligns with and drives our core business objectives. You will lead all aspects of HR, from talent management and organizational development to operational excellence, championing a culture that attracts, retains, and empowers our team to excel.Qualifications & Skills:
  • A minimum 10-15 years of experience in a management-level human resources role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes, lead change, and participate in strategic business discussions.
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and compliance.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities1) Strategic Leadership & Partnership
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and strategic HR partner to the CEO, Managing Director, and business unit leaders.
  • Develop and execute key HR initiatives, policies, and strategies that directly support the company's overarching business goals.
  • Establish, manage, and report on key HR metrics and operating standards to senior leadership, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure the complete alignment of all human resources plans with company-wide operational initiatives.
2) Talent Management & Development
  • Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention programs, leading key candidate searches, onboarding, and engagement strategies.
  • Function as the expert on succession planning, proactively identifying and developing key talent and future leaders.
  • Lead the creation of employee development programs, including identifying training needs and delivering effective coaching for all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including appraisals, employee recognition programs, and career development planning.
3) HR Operations & Compliance
  • Establish and manage core HR systems, communication strategies, and programs for effective human resource management.
  • Lead the development and implementation of an HR Information System (HRIS) and a corresponding reporting database.
  • Prepare and maintain the company's Employee Handbook and HR Manual, ensuring all policies are current.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure full compliance with internal HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
4) Change Management & Team Leadership
  • Identify, create, and implement proactive change management initiatives to support key business priorities and transformations.
  • Manage the HR function to best suit the company's objectives while fostering the well-being of employees.
  • Provide professional guidance, mentorship, and support to subordinate staff and managers across the organization.
  • Encourage and motivate staff to foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative work environment.
5) HR Innovation
  • Drive the implementation of modern HR systems and AI tools to enhance efficiency in recruitment, training, and performance management.
