We are looking for Fixed Asset Integrity Inspector whom can perform the safe maintenance jobs and achieve the good and efficient way in accordance within job package.Responsibilities:Review the job package and check if work can be carried out safelyEscalation safety issues in discipline area to leadership teamIntervention for any EH&S concerns on work execution or working areaAssures that all Maintenance Procedures include a hazard assessment indicating safety, health and environmental considerations and control measures to prevent contact or exposure. This information can be documented in the hazards and precautions table, the control measures block, or can be referenced in other documentation such as the EMETL standard (Electronic data storage and retrieval system for standard Dow Engineering and Technology Center practices, Methodologies and specifications), PPE Grid, MSDS or equivalentEvaluate EH&S hazard and document into PTA (Pre Task Analysis) and ensure all work crews are awareInvestigate the source/cause of the problem according to the value-added work processPerforming Pressure Vessel, Piping, Tank inspections.Reviewing and evaluating the inspection results and making recommendations as appropriate for repair/upgrade/retirement of equipment.Defining and approving repairs to fixed equipment, per the applicable ASME/API standards and potentially including auditing and evaluation of contracted repair organizations, and inspection of repair work.Managing inspection data in systems such as GE APM, SharePoint and SAP/PM.Coordinating the work of NDT Inspectors/examiners and auditing and evaluation of their workJob Expectation:Create a field procedure/check list when a procedure/ check list does not exist, following the Site/Plant Non-Existent Procedure ProcessInitiate procedure/ check list updates as improvement opportunities are determinedReview procedures as requiredDeveloping inspection and test plans for plant equipment inspection, inspecting/examining equipment per applicable ASNT, ASME/API Standards.Developing and Maintaining inspection and repair scope documentation and work completion QA- potentially including NDE procedures and inspection plans.Your skills, knowledge, and abilities include:Safety, Life Critical Standard, Environmental and Industrial Hygiene rules and regulations. Safe Work Permit procedureMaterial and welding technology for process equipment (pipe, vessel, tank)Welding repair on process equipmentWelding quality inspectionCorrosion protection technology (painting, lining)Heavy lifting and mobile craneFlange joints assembly and gasket technologyProcess cleaning (high pressure jet, pigging, grit blasting)Qualifications:High vocational certificate or higher in Mechanic, Metallurgy and WeldingAt least 5-year experience in maintenance equipment (static equipment) with a background in inspection/examination of chemical plant process equipmentAPI 510, 570 and 653 certifications is preferred. A certified welding inspector and ASNT level II certifications in VT.
