R&D Process Engineer

• Develop and test new eco-friendly materials and products in the Pulp & Paper category to support company business goals.

• Work closely with the Operations Manager and R&D team to define product requirements and development plans.

• Enhance current manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase overall profitability.

• Introduce new technologies, materials, and production methods in line with company direction and approved projects.

• Explore new techniques and raw materials to support factory operations and expand the product portfolio, working together with suppliers and internal teams.

• Support the Operations Manager in preparing proposals and objectives for new development and investment projects, especially those focused on cost optimization.

• Plan and manage development projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and achieve targeted results.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields such as Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pulp & Paper, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D within the food packaging industry, especially Pulp & Paper products.

• Experience in automation systems or AutoCAD is a plus.

• Ability to lead projects and think strategically.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working with machines and molds for product testing and evaluation.

• Knowledge of plastic and non-plastic materials.

• Good technical knowledge in engineering and product development.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
