Responsibilities:
  • Engage customers throughout the sales process, utilizing exceptional communication skills to build rapport and understand their travel preferences and requirements.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of travel consultants, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Design bespoke travel experiences tailored to each client's preferences, utilizing your creativity and destination knowledge to craft unique itineraries.
  • Collaborate closely with reservations and operations teams to coordinate all aspects of the travel experience, ensuring a seamless and memorable journey for the customer.
  • Collect deposits and balances due from clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance throughout their travel experience.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with various departments as required to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach and thrive on interacting with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Manage demanding clients and navigate high-pressure situations with composure and efficiency.
  • Exhibit a high level of fluency in spoken and written English, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize your previous experience as a travel consultant and account manager to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing travel arrangements and client communications.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a travel consultant or in a related role within the travel industry.
  • Proven experience in account management and team management, with a track record of success in leading and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Creative and innovative approach to travel design, with a passion for exploring new destinations and crafting unique experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
