Our client is a well-established medical devices manufacturing. The working location is in Samut Prakan area.Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (such as FDA and ISO 13485) and industry standards.
Lead a quality department, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and safety throughout the supply chain.
Ensure the quality control including incoming materials inspection, in-process quality checks, and finished product inspection.
Prepare and take audit leads including internal, external, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Support the customer complain related quality issues and lead root cause investigation
Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal food safety regulations and standards, ensuring the factory's compliance with all relevant laws and certification.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in a quality management role in medical devices product.
In-depth knowledge and understanding in ISO13485
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent English and Thai communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
