- Manage all the assets exist at shop front (3,650 shops)
- Asset accuracy
- Store profile/ Shop format verification
- Quality and condition of asset
- Manage shop maintenance request to maintain quality of brand, asset condition, product and merchandising visibility, and ensure completion within timeline and cost control
- Track actual performance of shop and asset investment support, analyze investment performance result for better investment evaluation
- Control correct usage of lettermark according to global guidelines
- (New) Own the new application development for Asset management, Shop profile and Maintenance inquery
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Financial, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
- At least 2 years experience in business development / project management
- Understand quantitative, financial model and good analytical skills
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Good time management, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Accountability and flexibility to changes
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking)
