Job Responsibilities
- Drive the company's operational planning and execution. - Provide leadership and management that reflect the organization's mission and core values. - Work with management to develop, implement, and roll out operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems, and company policies. - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and support business growth initiatives. - Analyze and plan strategies for business development and operational improvements. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans. - Conduct P&L performance analysis, troubleshoot operational issues, and develop effective solutions. - Motivate and guide employees at all levels, fostering engagement and high performance. - Conduct necessary inspections and audits, developing and executing action plans.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or any related fields - At least 10 years of overall experience in business operating management (strategy corporate planning, business planning, operation planning) from Retail, Department store - Minimum 2 years as a C-Level Executive / Head of Operations / General Manager/ Operation Manager from a retail fashion/lifestyle brand. - Conversational High to Business level in English (To communicate with Japanese management, Head Quatuer, External parties)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- E-commerce business experience is a plus. - MSc/MBA is an advantage. - Japanese is a plus.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally. - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. - Proven ability to lead teams, optimize business value, and engage with key internal and external stakeholders.
