This is a hybrid role based in Pattaya City, Thailand, requiring flexibility to handle a mix of business-related coordination and personal errands. You will act as a trusted right hand to the Managing Principal, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling communications, and assisting with day-to-day tasks both remotely and on-site when required. This role requires excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher), strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Assisting the company Managing Principal with a large variety of administrative and personal duties related to work and personal matters;
Reminding about all important things to the company Managing Principal
Handling sensitive business and personal information
Managing private matters discreetly
Qualifications & Experience:
Excellent (C1) written and verbal English skills
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.)
Good knowledge of the city and surroundings, able to travel locally, run errands independently
Driving license is not a mandatory, but is advantage
Ability to prioritize well (your manager's priorities are your priorities)
Strong organizational, time management and communication skills with ability to multi-task
Stress resistance
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
