ดูแลและบริหารจัดการร้านให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐานการบริการ และภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
Drive shop สามารถ achieve ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ได้
Lead team, engage team ให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
วางแผนบริหารร้าน เช่น แผนกำลังคน,การสอนงาน,กลยุทธ์เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย,สร้างความประทับใจในการบริการลูกค้า
การจัดการค่าใช้จ่าย และทรัพย์สิน/สินค้าภายใน Amway Shop รวมถึงควบคุมดูแลสินค้าคงคลังให้เรียบร้อยและถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
การฝึกอบรม และพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงาน
ดูแลการทำงานของพนักงานภายในร้าน ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท
ดูแล กำกับ และติดตามงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคังบัญชาให้เสร็จตามกำหนด

คุณสมบัติเพศ : ชาย , หญิงอายุ(ปี) : 28 - 40ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโทประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3 - 5อื่นๆ : ไม่ระบุคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์ 3 ปี ขึ้นไป ในการบริหารร้านสาขา หรือมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน ด้านธุรกิจค้าปลีก, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, Branch Manager จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ บริหารจัดการคน และสามารถทำงานในสภาวะกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
