- Be the main point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and providing timely updates
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly with high service quality
- Analyze cost structures for existing and new products to support pricing and marketing decisions
- Coordinate customer requirements and any agreement changes, and update internal stakeholders/supervisors
- Join customer meetings, presentations, and conferences as needed
- Manage new model launches, pricing activities, customer requirements, and issue resolution
- Deliver tasks and projects accurately and on time, even under pressure
- Take on additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's and Master's degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in sales and marketing is strongly preferred (we also welcome candidates with relevant transferable experience)
- Overseas/international market exposure is a plus
- Experience in trading companies and/or banking is beneficial
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, writing)
- Strong negotiation skills and a service mindset
- Proficient in MS Office, email, and internet tools
- Willingness to travel abroad when required
