- Provide general administrative support for OSS operations.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Arrange and support meetings, workshops, and events.
- Assist with data entry, report preparation, and information consolidation.
- Support the management and maintenance of documents.
- Facilitate cross-functional and interdepartmental.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support, office coordination, or supply chain-related roles; experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant business software applications.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
