PositionFinance ManagerWork LocationDARE Network Office, Mae Sariang, Mae Hong Son ProvinceSalary Range14,000-16000 THBStarting DateAs soon as possibleApplication Deadline12:00 PM, Wednesday, 15 April 2026Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to support our DARE Network's mission ( ) by managing financial operations in a transparent and accountable manner. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring accurate financial recording and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial reports for DARE Core Management Team and Donors
  • Manage daily financial operations, including payments and record-keeping
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Coordinate with auditors and external partners
  • Work closely with DARE core management team to support implementation activities
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance or accounting with minimum 2 years' experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of financial software (Fast Fund) and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
  • Leadership and team management
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values
  • Preference to work in a small but dedicated team
  • Must have Thai ID Card
Language Considerations:
  • The languages used in the office are Thai, English, Karen and Burmese. Prefer Thai and English, other languages are an asset.
