Job Responsibilities
- Support the customer in the audit process and products. - Prepare product co-check (new supplier and change) - Prepare PPAP approval for new suppliers. (and change) - Follow-up inspection of raw materials and the finished product for new products in the manufacturing process. - Prepare inspection standard for customer approval. - Analyze the defect from the production process to find a solution. - Coordinating and monitoring the Process Control related activities, - Maintaining continuous improvements of the control processes, - Preparing/updating Quality instructions/procedures for specific quality checkpoints, - Actively supporting and participating implementation of standards/regulations/rules in force on the product, consumer protection, and management systems of the company. - Implement problem-solving process to eliminate the root cause of nonconforming parts/materials, both internal and external - Establish an 8D report (Customer complaint) and deliver it on time. - Drive continuous improvements related to Quality within - Review the in-process production quality control system and improve the system. - Other tasks as assigned. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบในงาน -สนับสนุนลูกค้าในกระบวนการตรวจประเมิน (Audit) และในด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ -จัดเตรียมเอกสารการตรวจสอบร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์ (Product Co-check) สำหรับซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่หรือที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง -จัดเตรียมเอกสารอนุมัติ PPAP สำหรับซัพพลายเออร์ใหม่หรือกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง -ติดตามการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปในกระบวนการผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ -จัดเตรียมมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบเพื่อให้ลูกค้าอนุมัติ -วิเคราะห์ข้อบกพร่องจากกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไข -ประสานงานและติดตามกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต (Process Control) -รักษาและพัฒนากระบวนการควบคุมให้มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง -จัดทำ/ปรับปรุงคำแนะนำและขั้นตอนการทำงานด้านคุณภาพในจุดตรวจสอบคุณภาพที่สำคัญ -ให้การสนับสนุนและมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแข็งขันในการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐาน กฎระเบียบ หรือข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ การคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค และระบบบริหารจัดการของบริษัท -ดำเนินกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อล้มล้างสาเหตุของชิ้นส่วนหรือวัสดุที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ทั้งภายในและจากภายนอก -จัดทำรายงาน 8D จากข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และส่งมอบให้ตรงตามกำหนด -ขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพภายในองค์กร -ทบทวนระบบควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิต และพัฒนาระบบให้ดียิ่งขึ้น -ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Materials, or related field. - At least 1 year of work experience in QA in the Automotive industry. - Must have working experience of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA. - Have experience in Auditing - Have basic knowledge of CMM. - Conversational daily - middle level of English. (E-mail and document) - Able to use MS Office. ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น -วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วัสดุศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง -มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านประกันคุณภาพ (QA) ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี -ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานตามมาตรฐาน IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 รวมถึงกระบวนการ APQP, PPAP และ FMEA -มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการตรวจประเมิน (Audit) -มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับเครื่องวัดพิกัดแบบสามมิติ (CMM) -สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนาประจำวันถึงระดับกลาง (ทั้งทางอีเมลและเอกสาร) -สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
