Production Section Manager (Japanese Speaking)

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• At least 10 years' experience in production engineering (not production operation).
• At least 3 years in management role (Assistant Manager level or above). Experience in Japanese manufacturers is required.
• Understanding about machine structure, installation, layout design, jigs/fixtures design, and PLC for both auto & manual machines
• Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)

• Handle machines more than operators
• Knowledge of machine structure, installation, layout design
• Enjoy factory floor work
• PLC knowledge (Auto & Manual machines)
• Manage & delegate tasks to engineers/technicians
• Manage new model preparation → installation / trial / process preparation
• Lead improvement for efficiency, quality, cost
• Coaching and mentoring engineering team
• Continuous improvement & problem solving
