ERP Application Analyst (SAP SD/MM) - Global Manufacturer

• Work in a leading manufacturing firm with decades of industry excellence
• Manage end-to-end IT initiatives, from planning to execution.

• Provide support for SAP SD/MM and related ERP applications, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors for resolution.
• Gather and document business requirements, support system enhancements, and conduct testing (UAT).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Lead IT-related projects, manage timelines, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Assist users with system-related issues and provide training when needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD/MM (ECC6 or S/4 HANA), including functional support and customization.
• Experience in ERP/CRM systems, supply chain, manufacturing, or financial modules.
• Proven ability to gather user requirements and create documentation.
• Strong project management skills and experience with system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
