Responsible for ensuring that the supplying process in our store is fully integrated with the communication and selling processes.
Work closely with ComIn and sales colleagues, securing that together we focus on the same commercial priorities.
Use supply process expertise to secure that my team creates excellence in the area of availability, balancing range & space, forecasting and ordering in my store, in order to achieve agreed Service Level at lowest possible cost.
Do this to strengthen the main objectives of IKEA to be leader in life at home in our local market and achieve growth and sustained long term profitability.

QualificationsYour profile

Significant leadership experience in Retail or Supply Chain, have experience within Sales and Goods flow is preferred
Advanced computer skills including MS Office, Excel
The ability to work both on tactical and operational level with a track record of getting things done.
Specialist profile with the ability to act as a trainer & coach
Ability to use common sense and make objective decisions based on analysis of the information available.
A desire to question practices and the ability to look for different/new ways of solving problems
The ability to work through others, set priorities and delegate responsibility and give open and honest feedback
