Security Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control physical access to the Data Center to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
Conduct regular facility patrols and monitor CCTV/Intrusion Detection systems to identify and report any irregularities.
Assist in the inspection and basic maintenance of security equipment (CCTV, Card Readers, Fire Alarms).
Document and maintain accurate security logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
Coordinate with the technical team and provide basic assistance to clients or visitors.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for emergency response and incident escalation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (New graduates are welcome), or a High Vocational Certificate (Diploma) with strong relevant experience.
3 years of experience in Security Operations, IT Support, or Facilities Management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations; understanding of CCTV, Card Readers, and Fire Alarm systems.
Basic English communication skills (e.g., reading documents, greeting, and responding to simple inquiries from international clients).
Must be able to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
High responsibility, observant, and able to work under pressure in a critical environment.
