1.Work on Marketing communications for full payment & IPP, eg.. EDM, FB, LINE, Partners' banners, In-store POPs
2.Ensure Fulfillment tracking of in-store / out of store / partners' online platforms
3.Work on invoice to collect interest/related expense for PayLite promotions
4.Work on payment to vendors/partners.
5.Work with Operation team to maintain merchant partners' information to comply with AML policy
6.Point of contact for partners' Cashiers when encountering problems.
7.Plan and develop communication for credit card campaign including artwork design with agency, content-captions and ensure smooth implementation during campaign launch.
8.Execute leads verification for sending communication in each channel and conduct campaign fulfillment and post-campaign tracking.
9.Oversee day-to-day tasks and resolve product issues relating CPO cases, Pay with AJ24points, card spending and privilege inquiryคุณสมบัติผู้สมัครBachelor's Degree in any fields Min 5 year experience in marketing product support (banking, credit card, loan products is a big plus) Excellence in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel) Good in analytical and interpersonal skills Well communication (both in Thai & English)สวัสดิการ
