1. Inspection of our company's products (at our facility), repair work on our company's products (at our facility or at the client's site).
2. Calibration and inspection of our company's products at the client's site (required to work on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Overtime on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be compensated separately).
3. Technical support to clients (phone Q&A, troubleshooting, on-site Q&A visits).
