It also provides analytical support on various data requirements and is also responsible for collections MIS and reporting activities.This team is expanding, and we are looking for Team Lead, Collections to be based out of Bangkok, Thailand.The Opportunity:The team lead for Collections is a key position that oversees the operations and performance of a team of collections specialists. The team lead is responsible for ensuring that the team meets the collection targets, as well as the quality and productivity standards. The team lead also works with multiple stakeholders on different projects to support the collections vertical and drive continuous improvement.In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Manage a team of collections specialists, including hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and evaluating performance.
  • Drive collection specialist towards the target agreed.
  • Ensure 100% response to partner emails within defined TATs either through automated channels or through agents.
  • Monitor and analyze the team's performance metrics, such as volume, collections rate, and compliance.
  • Drive discussions and projects with various stakeholders to achieve efficiency, visibility and targets.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to the team members on how to improve their skills and performance.
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints from customers, clients, and internal partners.
  • Participate in and lead various projects and initiatives to support the collections vertical and enhance the collection rate.
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll Need to Succeed
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Collections/ Account receivables related fields in supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis using excel, SQLs to drive improvement efficiencies. Knowledge of Tableau would be an added advantage.
  • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive performance.
  • Ability to self-learn and understand systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
