- Be the voice of the client: Build meaningful, long‑term relationships through regular communication and genuine collaboration.
- Deliver seamless logistics solutions: Track, manage, and coordinate shipments using our OneTrack Dashboard, ensuring smooth transitions from order to delivery.
- Drive efficiency and accuracy: Maintain client dashboards, profiles, and reports to keep information current and reliable.
- Empower new partnerships: Set up new accounts, assist with onboarding, and ensure each transition feels effortless.
- Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to streamline processes, resolve issues proactively, and share insights with Sales and Account Management teams.
- Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with both onshore and offshore teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, high‑performing culture
- Previous experience in customer service (3+ years), freight forwarding, or international logistics (is a plus, not a deal‑breaker).A genuine passion for customer success — you take pride in finding solutions and going the extra mile.
