If you're passionate about quality improvement, data-driven analysis, and solving complex manufacturing challenges, you could be our next Specialist, Product Compliance & Engineering at Pandora Crafting & Supply.We love that you will…Identify and assess quality risks from Training Lot and mass production resultsReview mass-production quality to spot risks affecting PM / Material / ProcessAnalyze issues and lead structured problem-solving to drive effective solutionsCoordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Material teamsClearly define problem scope and separate out-of-scope issuesPrepare and validate data to support key decisions (Use-as-is / Rework / Scrap / Deviation)Develop and track action plans to ensure risks are fully resolvedPrepare root-cause and action reports for customer complaintsLead or support RCA methodologies (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions and confirm their effectivenessWe love that you are…Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related fields such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering2-5 years' experience in Quality, NPI, or Manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in jewellery production or related industriesExperience in quality improvement and resolving production or process issues using tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root-cause analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create dashboards to support decision-making (Microsoft Office / Power Platform)Good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvementsAbout Pandora Crafting & SupplyPandora started crafting its jewellery in Thailand in 1989, where our founders fell in love with the delicate craftsmanship of the Thai people.
