- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation projects
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage project execution using SAP Activate and SAP best practices
- Coordinate functional consultants, technical teams, and external partners
- Act as the main contact point between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and manage:
- risks
- issues
- change requests
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings, and steering committee updates
- Oversee key project activities including:
- configuration alignment
- data migration
- integration
- testing
- go-live
- Promote Fit-to-Standard and SAP best-practice approaches
- Support sales and pre-sales teams in project planning and effort estimation
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
- 5-10 years of ERP project management experience
- Preferably with SAP implementation background
- Experience managing projects using SAP S/4HANA Cloud, particularly SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
- Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, including:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Procurement
- Sales
- Knowledge of SAP Activate or cloud ERP implementation methodologies
- Strong project management capability across:
- scope
- timeline
- resource planning
- risk management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ERP projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting or partner environment
- Good command of English and Thai
- PMP certification
- Experience in consulting environment
- Experience supporting pre-sales and effort estimation
