- Provide consultation and information to customers regarding property buying, selling in Japan
- Search for and present suitable property options in Japan based on customer needs and budget.
- Coordinate and verify property details with developers, owners, and real estate agencies in Japan
- Follow up and assist customers throughout the transaction process (reservation, contract, and transfer), including explaining related documents and procedures.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer leads and closing rates.
- Participate in or organize property events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote company listings and services.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Japanese language proficiency level N3 or higher
- Communicative level of English proficiency
- 2 year or more of experience in sales
- Have a good personality and be assertive.
- Computer skills
