Job Start DateConsultant emailWe are looking for the detailed oriented and highly organized candidate to join our client high-end and luxury hostpitality business.Key Responsibilities:Operation and Financial Reporting· Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Inventory and Revenue Recognition.
· Ensure that month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing is performed timely and accurately.
· Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reports preparation.
· Review and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity and support financial planning.Budgeting and Forecasting
· Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities, delivering accurate budget information and forecasts, complete with variance analysis against actual results within deadline.
· Supervise budget control systems and analyze variance and performance reports, while also providing recommendations for improvement.
· Cost Management for entire company.
· Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability.Financial and Tax Governance
· Liaise with internal/external auditors, finance advisor, revenue department and other related matters.
· Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements, tax filings and other related matters.Corporate Governance and Internal Control
· Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
· Overview and suggest recommendations to management with the view to improving financial policies, controls, system and processes.Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPD is preferred
· With work experience in Hotel or F&B industry in accounting role.
· At least 10 years minimum work experience in Accounting.
· Knowledgeable in tax, Statutory audit and other regulatory requirements.
