Support and contribute to the development of domestic and international sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with Thai and Japanese customers and business partners
Prepare and present marketing data, including various sales reports
Analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities
Manage and expand sales channels, both online and offline
Perform other tasks as assigned to support sales and marketing operations
Experience requirements
Experience in international coordination, import-export, or the agricultural (plant) business is an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in international coordination or sales and marketing
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented with good document management skills
Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
Interested in and familiar with both Thai and Japanese cultures, with good communication skills
Able to build positive relationships and work well with others
Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
Able to travel and work in different locations
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related fields
English - Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC score would be advantages)
Japanese - Internal Conversation Level (JLPT N2 or above)
