From Cat5e, Cat6, Cat7 Data Cabling and Fiber Optics, to an entire suite of structured cabling redesign and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) services, let us help keep costs low and everything easier.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
  • Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.
  • Research and analyze the IT industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various means, such as networking, cold calls, email marketing, and attending industry events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Close deals and secure new business contracts.
  • Provide post-sales support and address client concerns or issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
