- Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
- Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
- Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
- Managing a team of 1-5 people.
- Research and analyze the IT industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through various means, such as networking, cold calls, email marketing, and attending industry events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Close deals and secure new business contracts.
- Provide post-sales support and address client concerns or issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and key performance indicators.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
