- Work closely with HRBPs to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards and government regulations
- Support administrative tasks and prepare paperwork related to the employee lifecycle processes (offer of employment, onboarding, joiners, leavers, staff changes, paternity leave, maternity leave, secondment, sick leave, and other absences, change in job/status, etc.)
- Gather documentation for terminations and resignations, ensuring that all documentation is returned for timely processing
- Assist with onboarding of new teammates in partnership with the Recruiter, Onboarding team, and Hiring Manager
- Oversee and manage all teammates' engagement activities and recognition programs for retention
- Support both retail and corporate employee life cycle
- Responsible for HR department, including support for HR Administration
- Maintain data in the system, including filling in and updating employee data
- Assist with the implementation of policies, rules, regulations, and requirements by law
- Provide administrative support as needed to HRBPs
- Exposure to the foundation of Human Resources, local labour laws and advisories
- Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support employee life cycle
- How to communicate across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies and preferences
- Strong interest in Human Resources is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to communicate in English
- Strong multi-tasking skills, sense of urgency, and good time management
- Takes initiative and can work independently with strong follow-up skills
- Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors and Managers within the organization
- Team player mindset with communication and collaboration skills
