- Develop long-lasting relationships with top corporate prospects and brands in Thailand.
- Handle objections, ask the right questions, and resolve pain points.
- Understand Grab's overall business and connect brand goals with Grab's capabilities.
- Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for big accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams (Demand/Promo planning, Marketing) and external clients (Commercial, Business Development, HR).
- Acquire New Clients (30%):
- Identify and acquire GrabGifts corporate clients in Thailand across multiple industries.
- Prospect, build a pipeline of deals.
- Track performance against sales targets.
- Work with partners to develop HR and Marketing solutions that meet corporate buyer needs.
- Analyze Data and Provide Insights:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis of the target market, pipeline, and business using tools like Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Develop account-specific growth strategies.
- Present data-driven deal reviews and pipeline forecasts to ensure agreement on business goals.
- Maintain Sales Discipline:
- Use Salesforce CRM and other internal trackers.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to provide a sales process.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and update deal statuses regularly.
- Bachelor's degree with 3 or more years of experience in key account management especially managing Financial industry, including category management and B2B sales in Thailand.
- Experience in eCommerce, HR Tech, Marketing, Ads/Adtech, Gifting, or Media solutions.
- Sales Experience:
- Strong ability to prospect, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
- Develop data-driven strategies and provide relevant insights.
- Sales Discipline:
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Follow SOPs and maintenance of accurate records and forecasts.
- Communication and other skill:
- Good command in English (both written and verbal)
- Presentation skill; pitch your ideas and provide business insights with professional consultation to the partners
- Collaboration skills; collaborate with multiple partners to ensure the projects moving forward smoothly and achieve the objective within a timeline
