- Control supplies & par stock
- Set side duties & follow up with team
- Support staff scheduling & emergency coverage
- Assist cost control & achieve sales targets
- Oversee event setup & coordinate with other departments
- Monitor service flow & daily operations (SOP & safety compliance)
- Welcome guests, present menu & promote specials
- Handle guest feedback & resolve complaints
- Supervise, train & lead restaurant team
- Monitor equipment, maintenance & sanitation
- Ensure guest satisfaction & minimize breakage/spoilage
- Maintain positive, service-minded attitude
