About the roleWe are seeking a professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong trading knowledge and a client-focused mindset.This role focuses on providing trading support, managing client portfolios and risk exposure, handling trade-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance, while supporting platform operations and collaborating on investor education and market insights.Senior DealerResponsibilities

Provide trade support services to clients (offshore and local Equities, ETFs, Futures, Options, Mutual funds, etc.) as dealing desk, including monitoring portfolios, advising on margin calls and facilities, managing trading limits, and resolving trade issues
Conduct risk assessment and management of clients’ portfolios, ensuring timely resolution of margin call status and managing clients’ margin requirements while monitoring risk exposure
Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support within the designated timeframe
Provide high-level support for the Moomoo trading platform, troubleshooting trade-related issues and gathering feedback for the Product team
Apply the company’s best execution policy to ensure fair execution of trades
Ensure all activities adhere strictly to the SEC/SET (Thailand) and internal Moomoo compliance policies
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop educational materials (articles, videos, or webinars) that simplify complex trading concepts for retail investors
Provide professional market insights and platform demonstrations at training events, seminars etc
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
In addition, must be ready for upcoming products that company will add on in the future

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealing, preferably within the securities industry.
Possess IC Complex 1 or IP License, is a must
Familiarity with financial products and services, including securities and options, is advantageous. Experience with offshore markets is critical given Moomoo’s multi-market strength.
Well-developed business negotiation skills and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure.
Willingness to work night shifts and public holidays; shift allowance will be provided.
